2. Subject of the Service

Drusilla is a digital platform that provides informational and decision-making support for the use of metal detectors, through the use of software systems and artificial intelligence technologies. The service is accessible via the website, via the mobile application for iOS and Android devices and, for registered users who activate the link, via the Telegram and WhatsApp chat channels.

The service allows the user to:

• understand the functions and settings of the selected device;
• receive operational suggestions and indicative configurations;
• interact with a contextualized AI assistant.

3. Independence from the Manufacturer and Third Parties

The service is not affiliated with, sponsored, approved, supported or endorsed:

• by the manufacturer of the metal detectors mentioned;
• by distributors, resellers or importers;
• by any other third party connected to the products mentioned.

Any reference to brands, models or products is used for descriptive and informational purposes.

No liability, direct or indirect, may be attributed to the parties indicated above in relation to the use of the Drusilla service.

4. Nature of the Service and Limitation of Liability

Drusilla provides informational and decision-making support, based on:

• publicly available documentation;
• functional interpretations;
• software and AI processing.

5. Evolving Service and Possible Inaccuracies

Drusilla is a project under continuous development.

The user acknowledges and accepts that:

• the service may contain inaccuracies;
• some indications may not be up to date;
• deviations from the actual behavior of the device may occur.

The user has the possibility to report any errors or discrepancies.

6. Access to the Service

7. Telegram and WhatsApp Chat Channels

The service may also be used through chat channels on Telegram and WhatsApp, reserved for registered users. Activation takes place exclusively from the Drusilla application, through the account linking procedure; each chat or phone number may be linked to only one account.

• the same rules, limits and plans (Free and Pro) provided for the account apply to the chat channels;
• the generation of tailor-made programs within the chats is reserved for Pro subscribers; Free users may use the other services in the chat and generate programs from the application, according to their plan;
• the assistant responds exclusively to messages sent by the user: no unsolicited communications are sent;
• the unlinking of the channel may be requested at any time by writing to privacy@drusilla.ai; a new activation replaces the previous link.

The use of the channels is also subject to the terms of service of the respective platforms (Telegram and WhatsApp by Meta), which the user declares to know and accept. ZERO5 S.R.L. is not liable for unavailability, delays or malfunctions attributable to third-party messaging platforms.

8. User Account and Security

The user is responsible for:

• the confidentiality of their credentials;
• the use of their account.

Only one active session per account is allowed. A new login automatically invalidates the previous session.

9. Permitted Use and Prohibitions

The user undertakes to:

• use the service in a lawful and proper manner;
• not abuse the features;
• not attempt to circumvent technical or access limits.

ZERO5 S.R.L. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in case of violations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software logic, interactions and output generated by the service are protected by intellectual property rights.

The user obtains a personal and non-transferable right of use.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Processing of Personal Data

The processing of personal data takes place in compliance with the applicable legislation.

12. Changes to the Service and to the Terms

ZERO5 S.R.L. reserves the right to:

• modify the service;
• update these Terms.

Changes will be effective upon publication.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Italian law.
